“Always happy to come back.”
The most EPIC celebration for a significant birthday with family and friends. The villa is more stunning than the photos. The bedrooms spacious with extra venues for meals, cinema, massage or yoga. The location is amazing - it is as if Five Islands were just dropped there for our own viewing. We hardly left the Villa as it was the best place on the island. But what makes it so special is the staff. The service is constant, friendly, discreet but fun when you want it to be! The Villa Manager Khun Mai is always calm, nothing is too much trouble and she runs the team perfectly. Chef produced the most amazing meals every day and most of my guests commented that it’s was the best Thai food they ever had. Bao is the bartender you want at your local, whether it is a fresh coconut, lime soda or a killer margarita he whipped them up with pace and taste! My family and friends want to come back every year.

The listing page is exactly what is expected from the photos posted. It even felt better on site. The service from LUXE NOMAD was amazing, from arranging of picking us up to dropping us off at the airport, our special requirements all fulfilled. The team at the Villa that was responsible for our cooking, cleaning, serving us, was just like a 5 star hotel, or even better and more intentional. Food was at Restaurant level nice. Khun Bao was especially remarkable and attentive to us. Thank you for the amazing service and would book again.

I stayed at this stunning beachfront property in Koh Samui for a full month with 3 different sets of friends and it’s honestly one of those places that stays with you long after you leave. It’s idyllic in every sense - beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and immaculately presented. Despite its size, it never feels overwhelming, and there are plenty of pockets of privacy if you want them. It’s ideal for family celebrations, groups of friends, corporate retreats, or even weddings - the space just adapts to whatever you need it to be.

Spent 6 days at Baan Kilee in November 2025. The accommodation was excellent and the food (prepared by the in-house chef and his team) was exceptional. The staff were always friendly and willing to attend to your every need. I can highly recommend it if you are looking for a luxurious spot on Koh Samui.

“Absolutely amazing experience.”
The whole complex is stunning. The many inside spaces are luxurious but calming. Our bedroom and bathroom is so comfortable and private, although we look out on the beautiful gardens. We used the fantastically equipped gym and yoga spaces regularly. Chef cooks excellent food. The quality and variety is first class and the choice is varied. Many types of cuisine are served. Local restaurants are good and worth a visit. The staff are very helpful but unobtrusive. Stepping directly onto the sand is such a pleasure. The beach is not used except by the the people in the houses and the sea very safe. The Manager arranged in-house massages and lovely boat trip for us. We’d definitely return to Baan Kilee.
