Whether you're inviting 80 of your nearest and dearest or up to 150 guests (when combined with adjacent villas), Baan Kilee sets the stage for the start of your happily ever after.

Event will be held outdoor and two (2) villas in the Chai Talay Estate should be booked.
G U E S T C A P A C I T Y
Minimum 3 nights stay is required during low and shoulder seasons
Minimum 4 nights stay is required during high season
Minimum 7-10 nights stay is required during peak seasons (Christmas and New Year)
M I N I M U M N I G H T S
The following event fees will be applicable:
USD 1,200 + 7% tax for events up to 80 guests.
USD 1,500 + 7% tax for events up to 150 guests.
Optional fee: USD 600 + 7% tax for pre- or post-event casual gatherings (up to 50 guests).

Small Events Policy
Pre- or post-event functions held on the day before or after the main event, a second event fee will apply.

Music and Event Curfew
Until 12 midnight only.
Security Deposit
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. Note that the security deposit fee is dependent on the number of guests attending the event. This will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Elephants and Wildlife
We are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa (i.e. beach).
Fireworks
Fireworks are only allowed for weddings, and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event. Fireworks must only be provided by a Thai company with the official license up to date, and the time regulations of between 11:00 PM and 12 Midnight only must be adhered to—the planner must provide a copy of the fireworks' approved application documents to the villa manager and LVH before the day of the event.
