The entire villa can accommodate 16 guests and up to 2 additional guests.

LIVING AREAS

There is an open-plan living area with oversized sofas, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The dining area has a long dining table and kitchen bar. The poolside sala has a swim-up bar. There is also a playground and beachfront lawn with BBQ facilities. The indoor dining area can seat up to 24 guests, and the outdoor dining area can seat up to 10 to 18 guests.

  • 1 Infinity Pool (5.5m x 22m x 1.45m depth)

  • 1 Pool Bar (4.8m x 1.8m x 1.2m depth)

  • 1 Children's Pool (2.5m x 5m x 0.5m depth)

  • 1 Wading Pool (5m x 3m x 0.4m depth)

The pools are set to normal temperature; There are six sunbeds with four umbrellas and and four beach beds with umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.

SPA AND WELLNESS

The villa offers complimentary access to a 371 sqm world-class gym, designed to host all forms of fitness and wellness classes, from yoga and meditation to boot camp. The training gym features both an air-conditioned indoor gym and a covered outdoor training gym that extends to exercise terraces and lawns. Yoga mats are available on request, and there are two to four massage beds available for use. In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge).

DINING

The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card.

ENTERTAINMENT

High-speed WiFi throughout and a True Satellite TV Box in the kitchen and cinema/media room, Smart TV with Netflix is available in all bedrooms and TV room. There is also an indoor sound system, board games, and a media projector in the indoor (cinema room with projector and blackout curtains), Sonos sound system, and speakers available for guest use at the villa. Watersport equipment such as two kayaks, two paddle boards, and water polo are available for guest's use.

Sufficient parking garage and outdoor parking are available.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES

The kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, microwave, Coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, juicer, blender, toaster, and stove top (electric & gas) as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses. The villa features a wheel-chair access, volleyball, croquet, lawn bowl, table tennis, library, back-up generator, one portable air conditioning unit, safety deposit box, hairdryers, universal adapter, wine cellar, and CCTV. There is also a Tennis Court available at the villa next door with an extra charge of THB 1,000 per hour and THB 500 for equipment rental (advance reservation needed). Wake up call service available upon request.

WEDDINGS AND EVENTS

80 to 150 guests (seating and standing combined).

Event will be held outdoor and two (2) villas in the Chai Talay Estate should be booked.
